SOAP

Indications:
antiseptic-antibacterial to be used preferably when a cleansing action is also required.
Particularly suitable for the disinfection of the hands of medical and paramedical personnel employed in surgery departments and in all professional activities which require rigorous hand asepsis.
Suitable for washing and disinfection in: hospitals, nursing homes, schools, kindergartens, barracks, rest homes, hotels, canteens, industries and in general in community centres.

How to use:
it is employed pure.
The contact time must not be less than 2 minutes.

Characteristics:
semi-thick, clear, light blue solution, foaming on shaking, perfumed; pH 6 ± 0.5, soluble in water in all ratios, specific gravity: 1.020 ± 0.05.
Surgical medical device.
The product is well tolerated locally even after repeated treatments for several days.
The application of the product on the skin surface does not cause any inflammatory or allergic reaction. In the formulation there are substances with emollient and protective characteristics that allow it to be used even many times a day.
The spectrum of action is broad and mainly includes Gram positive bacteria; it also acts on Gram negatives, fungi and lipophilic viruses.
The action of the quaternary is consequent to different actions:
- on proteins, of which it causes denaturation;
- intervening in metabolic reactions, with action on enzymes at the level of the cytoplasmic membrane;
- on cellular permeability: benzalkonium chloride is absorbed on the outer layers of the cytoplasmic membrane on which it carries out a lysis action.
Available in 500, 1000, 5000 ml polyethylene bottles.

Toxicity:
tests on healthy skin: patch tests did not cause any reaction after 96 hours of contact; repeated tests after 2 weeks did not reveal intolerability phenomena even after a further 48 hours of contact.

Warnings:
irritating to eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult your doctor.
In case of ingestion, consult your doctor immediately and show him the label.
For external use only. Do not swallow.
Not to be used on damaged skin and mucous membranes.
Do not use simultaneously with soaps or anionic surfactants.
In case of accident or if you feel unwell, consult a doctor (show him the label if possible).
Do not reuse the container.
Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
Store the product in the original packaging in a cool, clean and dry place, away from high heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight.
Keep container tightly closed and away from food, feed and drink.
The period of validity (36 months) refers to the product in its intact and correctly stored container.

Components:
100 ml of solution contain:
benzalkonium chloride g.0.1; nonionic surfactants; perfume; coformulates; purified water to taste to 100ml.
