ACTIVE PRINCIPLES

ADVICE FOR USE

Shake before using

Apply daily in the morning and / or evening on the affected areas (calves, legs, thighs and buttocks)

For better effectiveness, the application can be accompanied by the self-massage technique developed specifically for this oil:

- With both hands, make alternating movements starting from the ankle, going up towards the thigh. Proceed with slow and deep manipulations.

- Then, with the thumb and forefinger, apply pressure to the inside of the leg going up from the ankle towards the thighs.

- With both hands, encircle the ankles and go up to the thigh making circular movements to tone. End with a new series of movements.

Repeat each step of this aesthetic method three times.

Go down with simple movements without pressing, before moving on to the next step.
