Amino acids and alpha-lipoic acid to improve muscle and plastic function.

Amino acids are the building blocks with which our cells build the body's proteins, certain enzymes and hormones. Unfortunately, modern nutrition and cooking methods have decreased the ability to assimilate essential amino acids. The Aminoday supplement contains eleven amino acids with the addition of alphalipoic acid with a very precise logic, to integrate those micronutrients necessary for different functions:

• reconstruction of the extracellular matrix and the fibrous proteins that compose it.
• reconstruction of collagen in synergy with vitamin c.
• increase in muscle function (including cardiac function) with a better efficiency of the use of fatty acids by the mitochondria of the fiber cells with a significant improvement in physical endurance and strength (+ 20%).

Finally, three of these amino acids (cystine, glutamine, glycine) are the direct precursors of glutathione, the most powerful endogenous antioxidant available to us.
