Vitamin B12 or cobalamin is water-soluble and effective in small doses. It was isolated almost simultaneously in 1948 by Lester Smith in England and by K. Folkers in the United States.

Normally the liver of animals contains sufficient quantities, but today this food is not highly recommended due to the numerous toxic substances it contains.

The current scientific publication on the effects of vitamin B12 is very rich.

It is reported of tendinitis and bursitis, seborrheic dermatitis on the hands, hives, improved and even resolved with supplementation of this vitamin.

Some psychotic pathologies have also benefited from its administration.

The assimilation of vitamin B12 decreases with age correlated to the reduced gastric secretion of the "intrinsic factor" and in the presence of digestive disorders.

The deficiency symptoms are: pernicious anemia, megaloblastic, tingling in the limbs, asthenia, diarrhea, neurological lesions.

Vitamin B12 is contraindicated in full-blown cancer

How to use : 1 tablet per day. The use of high dosages in particular and specific cases in which the doctor deems it appropriate. It is preferable to associate a small amount of calcium with vitamin B12 to facilitate its absorption
