Food supplement based on B vitamins.

How to use : 1 tablet a day, preferably before a meal.

Considerations : The B complex vitamins are active in supplying the body with energy, mainly by converting carbohydrates into glucose, which the body "burns" for energy. They are essential in the metabolism of fats and proteins.
Furthermore, vitamins B are necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system.
They are essential for maintaining muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and for healthy skin, hair, eyes, mouth and liver.
Due to the water solubility of the B vitamins, any surplus is eliminated and not stored, therefore, they must be continuously replenished.
