How to prepare and store

In baby food: following the instructions of the pediatrician, start by adding small quantities of Lio Mellin to the cream of cereals prepared with vegetable broth, mixing well. Season with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Over time gradually increase the quantity of Lio Mellin until you reach a whole jar.
