Lipogil is a food supplement based on Berberis extract, which is traditionally used to support regular cardiovascular and hepatic functions, of fermented red rice, octacosanol, astaxanthin and coenzyme Q10.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Berberine: Berberine is one of the main alkaloids present in plants of the genus Berberis. In several scientific studies, Berberine has proved to be a useful supplement in the treatment of dyslipidemia, allowing a significant reduction in blood levels of triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol.

Monascus purpureus red rice: during its fermenting activity, this yeast is enriched with a group of substances, called monacolins, to which a strong cholesterol-lowering activity has been scientifically attributed, the monacolin K of red rice is able to inhibit HMG-CoA reductase, which is a key enzyme in cholesterol biosynthesis.

Policosanols: Policosanols are a natural blend of primary aliphatic alcohols extracted from rice or sugar cane wax. Policosanols improve blood lipid profile both by reducing hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis and by increasing the clearance of DLD cholesterol.

Astaxanthin: the antioxidant activity of astaxanthin has been tested in numerous studies and is in some cases shown to be more powerful than that of vitamin E and Beta-carotene. And it is precisely in this function that the multiple protective effect against oxidative damage in the body resides.

Coenzyme Q10: CoQ10 is an oxidative reduction agent that acts in the energy production chain of mitochondria.

COMPOSITION

Ingrediants:

Indian barberry extract (Berberis aristata DC, tree bark) tit. 85% in berberine, capsule in food gelatin, extract of red rice fermented by Monascus purpureus tit. 5% in monacolin K, astaxanthin from Haermatococcus pluvialis Flotow, thallus (contains soy lecithin), policosanols from sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) titrated at 60% in octacosanol, anti-caking agents: magnesium steareate and silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10.

Dosage and method of use:

take 1 capsule a day, swallow it with a little water preferably before a meal. However, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Warnings :

do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy, lactation and in case of therapy with lipid-lowering drugs. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How to store: store in a cool and dry place, away from light. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product.
