Wash your hands thoroughly - before and after use. Without opening the sterile package, press the blister with sterile saline until the liquid reaches the catheter.

Rotate the package and wait 30 seconds, until the hydrophilic coating of the catheter has fully activated.

Open the package through the round hole in the sealing flap.

Remove the catheter by grasping the blue protective sheath. Thanks to the protective sheath it will be possible to manipulate the catheter and insert it into the urethra without direct contact with the hands.
