Wash your hands thoroughly - before and after use.

Open the package using the round hole and remove the catheter from the package. Take the catheter out of the funnel and remove it from the package.

Push the catheter out of the protective sheath through the blue introducer without touching the catheter with your fingers and then gently insert it into the urethra.
