Water, magnesium bisglycinate, resistant dextrins (soluble fibre), magnesium chloride, concentrated lemon juice 3%; acidifiers: citric acid, tartaric acid; L-carnitine, L-tartrate; thickener: carboxymethylcellulose; magnesium citrate, natural lemon flavoring with other natural flavourings; acidity regulator: disodium citrates; Magnesium L-pidolate; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; Sodium L-ascorbate (vitamin C); sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose.

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
25 ml once a day, pure or diluted in water. Shake before using.
