Directions for use:

How to use: Effective especially if used morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons) into a glass, rinse for 30 seconds letting the liquid pass well throughout the mouth. Do not swallow.

To open: Press the base of the cap on the part without knurling and turn
To close: turn the cap until it locks

Warnings:

Not suitable for children under the age of 12
