How to use Listerine Cool Mint
Use twice a day. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse for 30 seconds making the liquid pass well throughout the mouth. Do not swallow. Use 10ml for children aged 6 to 12. Not suitable for children under the age of 6.
