Directions for use:
To open: press the cap and turn. To close: turn the cap until it locks.
Use twice a day. Especially effective if used morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse for 30 seconds making the liquid pass well throughout the mouth. Do not swallow. Use 10 ml for children aged 6 to 12 years.
