Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 are important for the normal formation of red blood cells and contribute to the transport of oxygen to cells for energy production (energy metabolism).
Iron also contributes:
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
- to normal cognitive function;
- intervenes in cell division processes.
Copper contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body and participates together with vitamins C, B6 and B12 in the normal function of the immune system. The presence of vitamin C in the formula increases the absorption of iron.

How to use
1 unchewed tablet a day and taken with a large glass of water.
