Description
Medical Device CE 0086, class I sterile.
Hydrophilic, disposable, self-lubricating urinary catheter for intermittent catheterization. The surface of the catheter is made with Urotonic Surface Technology: the combination of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and salt (NaCl) combined with the addition of water makes the coating of the LoFric catheter isotonic with urine, after activation. Sterilized with Ethylene Oxide.
All LoFric catheters can be connected to standard urine collection bags.

Warnings
The LoFric catheter is disposable. Once used the unique surface coating deteriorates and the catheter is no longer sterile. The risks associated with reuse may be: increased adherence, pain, bleeding, urinary tract infections and long-term strictures and epididymitis.

Store at room temperature, in a dry place.
Last shelf life from the date of production, in unopened packaging: 42 months.

Box containing 30 catheters. Each catheter is packaged in a single blister consisting of plasticized paper, polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) film.
