Food supplement based on Myo-Inositol, Melatonin, Folic Acid and Vitamin D useful for providing a supplementary share of these substances, in the presence of reduced intake with the diet or increased need.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg just before bedtime.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and is involved in the cell division process.


How to use:

We recommend taking one capsule a day.
