Lohmann & Rauscher Lomatuell H ointment gauze is used as a sterile dressing for various types of wounds. It is a large mesh gauze soaked in white petroleum jelly that can be used in combination with all classic wound dressings. Lomatuell H does not adhere to the wound, promotes the outflow of exudate from the wound, ensures good ventilation and promotes the natural healing process.
