Indications

Lower back conditions that can benefit from movement restriction, such as:

• low back pain of a muscular nature,
• lumbosacral sprain,
• chronic low back pain,
• sciatica.

Main function of the Medical Device

The medical device provides greater stability and a limitation of the movements of the lumbar spine . It also provides lower back pain relief.

Characteristics

Corset with patented moldable V-splint, which guarantees effective support and promotes chest expansion.

Double closure with oblique bands of reinforcement that optimize abdominal restraint.

Pad adaptable to the shape of the body, removable and patented in order to stabilize the lumbar spine.

Hand pockets that facilitate the closure of the bands.

Perforated fabric, for better ventilation and lightness.

• 57% polyester,

How to wear it

Wear the corset over a light shirt. Position the sling in the lumbar region in line with the spine, so that the base of the pad is positioned above the coccyx. Adjust the tension of the sling to be comfortable. Increase the tension of the side bands according to the desired restraint, by acting on the handrail pockets.

Do not use in cases where compression is contraindicated

Store in a dry environment away from excessive heat and light.

Do not prolong the use of the product without medical advice.

The product is designed for use by one person only, do not use it on multiple people.

The product must not be used in direct contact with damaged skin.

Do not use in case of allergic or hypersensitivity to the components of the product.

If you encounter problems in using the product such as the appearance of pain or obvious local signs, remove it and contact a healthcare professional.

In the event of a serious accident following the use of the product, contact the manufacturer and the local health care provider.

Gradual disposal of the medical device is recommended, possibly combined with functional physiotherapy.

Patients suffering from pelvic floor weakness should consult their physician before using the medical device.

It is advisable, the first time, to have the product positioned by a qualified operator and to carry out subsequent positioning independently in the same way.

Washing instructions

Hand wash in warm water with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, wring gently, let dry horizontally. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Instructions for disposal

The product must be disposed of in compliance with the regulations in force, the packaging and the package leaflet in the paper disposal containers.
