How to use

1 tablet a day with water during the meal.

Warnings

Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. During pregnancy and breastfeeding it is advisable to consult the doctor. Due to the presence of manganese, avoid use in case of liver disease. If you are taking anticoagulant medications, consult your doctor before taking the product.
