Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate

OKG (ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate) is a salt formed by free ornithine and alpha-ketoglutarate.
The dietary intake of OKG performs a regulatory activity on protein metabolism, promoting muscle recovery and anabolic / anti-catabolic activity.
