Lotus helps in the forms in which people are subjected to excessive spirituality, and to the illusion of a spiritually perfect and higher self. Lotus works by balancing the crown chakra with that of the heart, and integrating spirituality in a balanced way with other energy centers. In this way the individual learns to open up to his own objectivity, with inner humility and a deep sense of introspection.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: crown chakra overdevelopment, proud spirituality, lack of humility in one's spiritual path, belief in one's own perfection and spiritual superiority

Balance: open and expansive spirituality, meditative introspection, integration of one's spiritual aspects with humility and objectivity

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
