Hops is a plant native to central and northern Europe, used in the production of beer and, in spring, the sprouts are also used in cooking. Hops, a natural source of rutoside, is useful for promoting physiological relaxation and assisting night rest.

The Monoplanta capsules by Erba Vita are a line of dietary supplements in capsules of vegetable origin, consisting of standardized formulations, which guarantee the constant supply of active ingredients and an unaltered quality over time.

HOW TO USE IT

It is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules a day, during the day and in the evening before going to bed, with water.

COMPOSITION

Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobili dry extract, titrated at 0.4% in total flavonoids calculated as rutoside; maltodextrin, Inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). Quantities for maximum recommended daily dose (4 capsules): Hops strobili dry extract: 1150 mg (rutoside: 4.6 mg); Inulin: 80 mg.
