Ingrediants
Lutein; zeaxanthin; zinc; copper; omega 3 from fish oil; Vitamin E.

How to use
One tablet a day, or as needed, to be swallowed without chewing or breaking, to be taken preferably after one of the main meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or lactating women and children, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
