Maca
It is also known as "The turnip of love". Maca or Lepidium meyeniiWalp. belongs to the family of Cruciferae (Brassicaceae) is an annual herbaceous plant with tuberous root from the typical pear shape, 10 - 14 cm long, 3 - 5cm diameter, varying in color from yellow to dark red. Cultivated in the Peruvian Andes, it has been used for centuries by the Inca populations for its regenerating effects, lowers blood pressure and causes a widespread sense of well-being.
Useful cometone - adaptogen indicated in case of physical and mental fatigue, with a tonic action and metabolic support.

How to use
Take 2 to 4 tablets a day, or more as needed. It is preferable to take the tablets before or between meals.
