Maca is a plant native to the Andes, grown for food and medicinal purposes at an altitude of about 4,000 meters: a natural source of beta-ecdysone, it is useful as a tonic-adaptogen in case of physical and mental fatigue.

The Monoplanta capsules by Erba Vita are a line of dietary supplements in capsules of vegetable origin, consisting of standardized formulations, which guarantee the constant supply of active ingredients and an unaltered quality over time.

HOW TO USE IT

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, at mealtimes, with water.

COMPOSITION

Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) Root dry extract, titrated at 1.5% in β-ecdysone, 0.8% in glucosinolates and 0.6% in macadamides and macaenes; maltodextrin, Inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). Quantities per maximum recommended dose (3 capsules): maca root dry extract: 400 mg (β-ecdysone: 6 mg; glucosinolates: 3.2mg; macadamides and macaenes: 2.4 mg); Inulin: 180 mg.
