Method of use:

2 to 4 sachets per day are recommended, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
Dissolve the powder in a quantity of liquid commensurate with the desired consistency.
It is important that the liquid is cold or in any case at room temperature because the heat can compromise the solubility of the powder. To facilitate the operation you can use a blender.
Take the preparation slowly.
