MAD EYES Intense Liner, an eyeliner with applicator for a graphic and ultra-precise line, intensely matte and easy to apply for a perfect cat eye * look. Application

For a perfect eyeliner stroke:

• Place the tip in the outer corner of the eye, parallel to the browbone.
• Apply pressure with the tip as if it were a stamp, to draw a comma-shaped stroke.
• Join the comma to the top of the eyelid.
• Finish the eyeliner stroke by spreading the felt tip from the center of the eyelid to the inner corner of the eye.
