MAD EYES Precise Liner, an eyeliner with a felt applicator for a graphic and ultra-precise line, intensely matte and easy to apply for a perfect cat eye * look. The thin and flexible tip allows you to create a buildable stroke, from the finest to the thickest, with an intensity that adapts to the pressure.

The hue stays matte for 24 hours **, the long-lasting stroke does not drip over the course of the day.

Application

For a perfect liner stroke:

• Place the felt tip in the outer corner of the eye, parallel to the browbone.
• Apply pressure with the tip as if it were a stamp, to draw a comma-shaped stroke.
• Join the comma to the top of the eyelid.
• Finish the eyeliner stroke by spreading the felt tip from the center of the eyelid to the inner corner of the eye.
