Magnesium B2 is a food supplement with magnesium citrate (equivalent to 300 mg of magnesium) and vitamin B2 (2 mg).
Magnesium and vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

How to use

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 sachet per day.
Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and pour at least 150 ml of water. The drink is ready.
