Description
Magnesium chloride food supplement. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal muscle function and energetic metabolism. Each gram of magnesium chloride provides approximately 120 mg of elemental magnesium. Magnesium chloride is one of the forms of inorganic magnesium with the highest bioavailability for the body.

Instructions for use
Unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, the recommended daily dose is 3.25 gal day of magnesium chloride dissolved in water (equal to 388 mg of elemental magnesium per day).
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in one liter of water. Take approximately 250 ml of solution per day, preferably between meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
