Characteristics:

One of the most important tasks that magnesium has is to regulate the levels of calcium taken and to favor its correct absorption.

Dosage and method of use:
at least 4-5 tablets a day during the whole day, taken with meals it has antacid action and promotes digestion. It is advisable not to take magnesium chloride at the same time as other phytotherapeutic products, but to leave an interval of at least 2 hours.
