Magnesium Mix GHEOS - Food Supplement

Magnesium promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system (together with vitamin b6 ), is indicated during periods of greater stress and tension, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

INGREDIANTS

Magnesium L-pidolate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Sidemag marine * ® [magnesium hydroxide from sea water, pregelatinised rice starch, anti-caking agents: sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, calcium phosphates; rice flour], Vegetable capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Magnesium gluconate, Magnesium citrate, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

HOW TO USE

Take one to two capsules a day, preferably with a main meal.
