Food supplement based on 2 sources of magnesium (Marine Magnesium and Magnesium Citrate), Escholtzia and Melatonin.

Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium gluconate, dry extract of Eschscholtzia aerial parts ( Eschscholtzia californica , maltodextrin) titrated at 0.8% in protopins, Magnesium oxide, coloring film: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464), Titanium dioxide (E171) , Polydextrose (E1200), Talc (E553b), Maltodextrin, Medium chain vegetable triglycerides; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Melatonin.

Magnesium Notte is useful in cases of:

• Mild or moderate insomnia

• Promoting sleep

• Reduction of the time it takes to fall asleep

• Regulation of the nervous system

Recommended dosage: 3 tablets to be taken about half an hour before bedtime with plenty of water. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of Melatonin just before bedtime.
