Magnesium and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function.
The B vitamins contribute to the normal functions of: the immune system (B12, B6, folic acid) and the nervous system (niacin, B12, B6, B2, B1, biotin), psychological function (niacin, B12, B6, B1, biotin), the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (niacin, pantothenic acid, B12, B6, B2, folic acid).
One sachet guarantees the daily intake of 375 mg of magnesium, equal to 100% of the daily Nutrient Reference Value.
