MAIN FEATURES

Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and activates the enzymes necessary for numerous physiological functions:
* neurological: increases synaptic activity by blocking NMDA receptors.

Magnesium regulates numerous hormonal and metabolic functions, and is involved in the process of insulin resistance, particularly in diabetic or metabolic syndrome subjects.

Magnesium supplementation is essential in patients with type 2 diabetes. Clinical studies show that it improves insulin sensitivity, reduces glycosylated hemoglobin levels and chronic complications (vascular and ocular).

In the case of type 2 diabetes, a daily intake of 360 milligrams of magnesium is suggested (1).

Magnesium citrate, capsule of vegetable origin (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), antioxidant (esters of ascorbic acid with fatty acids).

METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with meals and for a continuous period of at least 2 months.
