How to use
Consumption is a function of individual needs. We normally recommend 1 sachet per day, dissolved in about half a glass of water, in conditions of increased need (pregnancy, breastfeeding, increased manual labor, etc.) or in the presence of a diet low in magnesium, arrive at 2 sachets per day.
Composition
