Manganum aceticum is indicated at the Orl level, especially in viral situations that affect children, where it treats laryngitis, obstructive rhinitis, congestive ear infections with chronic tubal catarrh and decreased hearing.

Manganese is a steel-gray metal, bright, hard, brittle, insoluble in water and alcohol.

In the pathogenetic experimentation the Manganum aceticum remedy exerts an important action especially at the Orl level, on hoarseness, dry cough, dysphonia, dryness of the larynx or mucous hypersecretion which forces the patient to continuously scratch his throat; in sudden otalgia with hearing loss caused by tubal phlegm; permanent clogging of the nose with nasal obstruction.
