Manuka honey is a natural food of great value, obtained from the nectar of the flowers of the Manuka shrub and produced according to the traditional knowledge of herbal medicine. How to use
3 teaspoons of honey every day before the main meal. It is advisable not to dissolve honey in too hot drinks.
Swallow honey straight from the spoon or mix it just before drinking in a hot drink or hot water for sports activities.
