This essence helps those who have a particular aversion to the physical world and the physical body, who think that the body is corrupt or that it does not have enough value in relation to the spirit. This rigid view can cause many diseases despite perfect health regimes and these people can be prone to bulimia or anorexia. Manzanita encourages the integration of the spiritual ego with the physical world and a new vision of the body. It allows us to understand that matter is dead or inferior only when it is not accepted by the individual's conscience.

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers .. Use with people sensitive to alcohol: - two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice - in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
