Ingrediants
Powder of: long pepper (piper longum l.) Fructus; ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) pericarpium; brahmi [bacopa monnieri (l.) pennel] herba; jatamansi (nardostachys jatamansi dc.) rhizoma; stabilizer: gumarabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
1 tablet in the morning and in the evening with water or milk and sugar. It is possible to increase the dose and prolong the intake at the discretion of your nutritionist adviser.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
