Resin; powder of: long pepper (piper longum l.) fructus; ginger (zingiber officinale rosc.) rhizoma; Chinese smilace (smilax china l.) radix; asafoetida (ferula assa-foetida l.) gummi; celery (apium graveolens l.) fructus; raktasarshapa (brassica napus l.) semen; cumin (cuminum cyminum l.) seed; cumin deiprati (carum carvi l.) fructus; chaste tree (vitex agnus-castus l.) fructus; kulanjana (alpinia galanga willd.) rhizoma; musta (cyperus rotundus l.) radix; black pepper (pipernigrum l.) fructus; katuka (picrorhiza kurroa royle) rhizoma; zedoaria (turmeric zedoariarosc.) rhizoma; daruharidra (berberis aristata dc.) cortex arboris; turmeric (curcumalonga l.) rhizoma.

How to use
1 capsule twice a day with water or milk half an hour before meals. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.
