All the fibers you need. Integration with dietary fiber must be obtained with a balanced supply of soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. These two types of fiber favor the formation of an abundant, soft and flowing intestinal content, useful for regular bowel motility.

CRUSCASOHN combines the insoluble component of wheat Cusca with the soluble and gelling component of Psyllium to compensate for the nutritional deficiency of all types of fiber useful for the body.
Each sachet of CruscaSohn provides about 5 g of dietary fiber.

INDICATIONS: In case of reduced fiber intake with the diet:

- contributes to the normal volume and consistency of stools and to the regularity of intestinal transit;

- favors the modulation / limitation of nutrient absorption.

DOSES and METHOD OF USE

Granular BranSohn: 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably with meals, drinking abundantly. The product can be munched as it is, or added to milk, yogurt, tea, soups, or used in the preparation of both sweet and savory foods.

CruscaSohn tablets: 4 swallowable tablets 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals, drinking abundantly.

In dietary regimes aimed at reducing body weight, take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking abundantly.

WARNINGS: Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

To achieve weight control, the product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.

INGREDIANTS

BranSohn envelopes: wheat bran, corn starch, psyllium (plantago ovata tegumentum seminis), sodium chloride, natural flavors, antioxidant: dearomatised rosemary extract.

CruscaSohn tablets: dietary fiber from wheat and oats, psyllium (plantago ovata tegumentum seminis), maltodextrin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: colloidal silica, coating agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose.
