HOW TO USE
Decoction : the content of 2 tablespoons in half a liter of cold water.
Then boil slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain (possibly sweeten with honey), sip.
Infusion : the contents of one level tablespoon in a teacup, pour boiling water, then leave under the lid for 20 to 30 minutes.
