Use

2 teaspoons a day are recommended. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of magnesium (3 g) in hot water. Before drinking, wait for the effervescence to stop and the solution to be clear.

Warnings

In case of therapy with drugs based on tetracyclines or quinolones, take the product two hours before or five hours after taking the drugs. Avoid association with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake. The use of the product during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency or in case of tumors of the parathyroid glands it is advisable to contact your doctor.
