Master-Aid Herpes Patch is a hydrocolloid adhesive patch that protects and treats the symptoms of cold sores. It protects the lesion and maintains a controlled degree of humidity, assisting the natural healing process. Calendula extract has emollient properties that make it possible to soften the epithelium of the labial surface, reducing the sensation of discomfort associated with herpes lesion.

EFFECTIVENESS

Master-Aid Herpes Patch consists of a hydrocolloid matrix deposited on a polyurethane support. This matrix has useful characteristics for the protection and treatment of lesions and is composed of carboxymethylcellulose and konjac rubber. These hydrophilic polymers are able to absorb exudates and maintain a “controlled” degree of humidity on the wound. Controlling the humidity of the lesion is a necessary condition for correct healing. Master-Aid Herpes Patch also contains calendula extract, a vegetable oil with emollient properties that make it possible to soften the external epithelium of the labial surface, minimizing the discomfort due to the sensation of the herpes lesion.

PACKAGING

Rigid plastic case for maximum protection of the modern and pocket-sized product equipped with a mirror inside to facilitate the correct application of the patch. The pack contains 15 patches. Hanger to facilitate exposure. Small cardboard dimensions to facilitate exposure even in cases of limited space.

The product is a medical device belonging to class IIa according to directive 93/42 / EEC.
