The retard formulation allows, with a single administration, the gradual release of melatonin during the hours following intake.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime, with a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. 5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
