Senna titrated dry extract ( Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl. leaves); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: mono- and glycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; colour: titanium dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 tablets a day with an adequate amount of water (a large glass). Take preferably in the evening. It is advisable to start with the minimum dose and, if necessary, increase it up to the maximum recommended dose. A diet rich in liquids favors the effect of the supplement.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
