Description
The intestinal bacterial flora is made up of billions of bacteria that perform an important metabolic function for the body. Stress, wrong diet, antibiotic treatments have highly destructive effects on the bacterial flora and reduce "friendly" bacteria, such as lactic ferments. Lactic ferments favor the balance of intestinal bacterial flora, vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day before breakfast on an empty stomach. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in half a glass of water (about 150 ml) at room temperature; for optimal solubility, it is advisable to mix while pouring the contents of the sachet into the water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

storage
The product contains live lactic ferments, sensitive to heat: it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to sources of heat or sudden changes in temperature, to keep it away from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The minimum storage term refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened packaging.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months
