Food supplement based on iron , protected vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid.
- Vitamins C, D, B6, B12, folic acid, iron and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the body and together with vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
- Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Ingredients and nutritional characteristics
Protected Vitamin C [L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); stabilizer: ethylcellulose], ferrobisglycinate; bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; glazing agents: fatty acids, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc citrate, pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), cholecalciferol (vitamin D); dyes: cochineal, titanium dioxide; acidopteroyl-monoglutamic (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Gluten -free and lactose -free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet in the morning after breakfast, or 1 tablet after lunch, accompanied by a glass of water.
