How Mayday is used
Mayday suspension for oral use is indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and for the alleviation of associated symptoms such as heartburn, acid regurgitation, reflux esophagitis, heartburn, cough and laryngeal pharyngeal inflammation. Mayday is also indicated in case of heartburn due to poor digestion.
How Mayday Works
Mayday carries out a mechanical activity thanks to the presence of pure double concentration Aloe vera juice enriched with sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate. The presence of sodium bicarbonate and sodium and calcium carbonates also reduces stomach hyperacidity. The pure juice of Aloe vera, due to the natural presence of polysaccharides, carries out a protective action on the mucous membranes because, by adhering to the walls of the esophagus and stomach, it forms a protective film capable of defending the tissues from gastric juices or irritants . To the virtues of the double concentrated pure Aloe vera juice are added those of sodium alginate which, in contact with the acidity of the stomach, reacts to form a gel. By trapping the bubbles of carbon dioxide released by the carbonates contained in the formulation, the gel is arranged in the upper part of the stomach forming a barrier that mechanically prevents the gastric juices from rising towards the esophagus. The product does not contain water as a diluent because it has been completely replaced by pure unpasteurized Aloe vera juice, unfiltered with carbon and doubly concentrated through the exclusive ReversOsmose process.

How to take Mayday
The dosage for this medical device is as follows, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 sachets of 10ml after main meals and at bedtime. It may be necessary to take the product for 2 - 3 consecutive days to relieve symptoms. The product must be taken as it is and undiluted.

The product is for oral use.
The use of this product is contraindicated in case of ascertained individual hypersensitivity or allergy to it and to any of its components.
The presence of sodium requires particular attention in the administration of the product in those suffering from hypertension, heart or renal insufficiency.
In pregnancy, lactation and in children under the age of twelve, consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the indicated doses.
